A Letter

Letter from NH

This was also in the envelope.

Tearsheet

If you want to join the merry dance, this is where to find out more.

Attention, Stitchy McYarnpants: if she comes home with an even larger ego, I'm sending her straight back to you.

Great looking socks yesterday, congrats!

Sounds like you are on the fence about her return but I'm really looking forward to it!

I have missed Dolores, and you know you have too, in your heart of hearts. Nice of her to give you time to lock up the good booze and the credit cards.
I bet she'll love your socks.

Franklin, Miss D is so fierce! That pic of her is outta control.

A biker gang, huh?

Oh now Franklin, you're just being dramatic. Dolores is a gorgeous, vibrant, mature sheep who lives life to the fullest. She means well and she can stay with us any time. I've scotch-guarded my husband and we're all ready for her this time!

Swell..an imaginary sheep who looks better in a red bikini than I do..swell

Too funny! I think my husband may leave me when he finds that my entire wardrobe has become a series of sheep T-shirts!

Rhinebeck Bingo? I might bite. Maybe. That kind of thing usually isn't my cup of chai but now that I'm doing the BBF Knitalong, perhaps I've sunk into the scumpond, huh?

Do you really HAVE TO have dinner at 8, or even AT ALL?
What if D slipped in her sheep dip?
It could look like an accident.
Think about it Lambchop.
Who exactly is wearing the pants in this family?

Yeah!
Now that you've got the socks, get the pants!

Have already signed up for the bingo and have put David in touch with Ms. McYarnpants about sponsorship. It just gets more exciting all the time.

Ah, Franklin, admit you've missed the dear girl. A clothing optional resort in New Hampshire? Obviously approaching the end of its season...

I just laughed so hard at the name of the resort she's at, my dog came over to see what was wrong with me. Very incognito...Fussy Creek could be ANYWHERE in NH!! After being a Chicago native for a quarter century I spent the worst year of my life in New Hampshire. Thank God I'm back. It's a beautiful state, but visit, Midwesterners (or other non-Stuffy Le Fussbudget types), don't move in. Although...I will concede...I do miss all the yarn shops. Ask Delores if she'd consider picking up a few things for me at the Elegant Ewe in Concord?

I know I read the name of the resort and immediately thought "well, wherever Fussy Creek is, it sure as hell isn't in the north country," what with fall coming early to NH this year.

I'll admit it, I've missed Dolores.

Like all good vacations, this one must end. At least she has good manners to notify you of her impending return.

Wish I could participate in the Bingo. Sounds like a fabbo scavenger hunt.

Now I see the relationship--Delores in her red bikini confirmes that she must be (Ian Falconer's) Olivia's long-lost great aunt from the unacknowledged black sheep side of the family.

With that, I can't resist Blogger Bingo.
